Some customers have had problems getting to the new
web-based email. You may click the following link or type it
into your browser window and it will open.
Instructions on logging into the new email and setting the
password can be found on our support site:
The old email server will remain available for viewing old
emails but all the new emails will be delivered to the new
email server. Your password on the old email server will
remain the same as before the upgrade. You can view your old
emails at the following link:
Problems Sending Email from Outlook or Outlook Express
We are aware of several problems with sending emails from
Outlook and Outlook Express. If you are currently getting the
following error message:
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection.
Possible causes for this include server problems, network
problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'Round Lake
Pop', Server: 'smtpout.roundlk.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 80,
Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
and you have Norton Internet Security, try disabling Norton
by clicking on the yellow globe by the clock and clicking on
Disable Norton Internet Security in the list
that appears, then clicking on OK in the window that pops up.
You will now be able to click on send and receive in Outlook
and your messages should be sent. You will need to do this
every time you send an email. We are still working on finding
a permanent fix, when we have one we will let you know. I am
currently putting together some new procedures addressing
these problems. These updates will be available shortly on our
